Video Conferencing Implementation Case
Built VPN network for video conferencing between Korean HQ and Vietnam branch. During video conferences, speed degradation caused disconnections. The disadvantage was inability to change nodes for the international network when issues occurred.
Conducted HAIONNET VPN BMT. HAIONNET built 3 proprietary relay networks instead of existing IDC networks for Korea-Vietnam communication, improving speed and connectivity through node switching. The dynamic line in Vietnam was upgraded with fixed IP after HAIONNET VPN installation. Speed and communication improvements achieved.
Manufacturing Company Using 50M Dedicated Line
Using a dedicated line with firewall equipment for internal security. However, about 20% of employees are field sales staff with frequent outside work/business trips, causing inconvenience of returning to the office after hours and reduced productivity.
Assigned SSL accounts to field workers using UTM's SSL VPN feature alongside the firewall. This maintained firewall security while allowing field workers to access the internal network via SSL VPN. Work efficiency improved through real-time processing using groupware and sales management software.
